Phillip is a disabled U.S. Army veteran and minority business owner who leads E-Waste Guys, LLC, with operations in both California and Louisiana. As the company’s Managing Member and CEO, he delivers environmentally responsible e-waste solutions while championing social equity and economic opportunity in underserved communities.
Phillip’s military service included building low-income housing projects and infrastructure, which laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to service and community resilience. A proven community leader, he has revitalized neighborhoods through environmental stewardship, social benefit initiatives, and economic development. He launched a recycling-sector incubator, created green jobs, and led fundraising efforts to build a community center focused on sustainability and empowerment.
In the wake of Hurricane Katrina (2005) and Hurricane Ike (2008), Phillip played a key role in Gulf Coast recovery efforts, ensuring landfills were remediated safely and posed no future threat to public health or the environment. His work is guided by high ethical standards and a passion for purposeful impact, especially in distressed and empowerment zone communities.
Phillip has cultivated long-term relationships with major public and private clients, including the cities of Berkeley, Richmond, and New Orleans; San Francisco State University; Berkeley Unified School District; Westfield Mall (including Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s); and the historic Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.

Craig Anderson is our Chief Operating Officer. He is a military-raised change agent with a mission to deliver environmentally responsible solutions across Louisiana. With deep roots in public service and disaster recovery, Craig brings decades of hands-on experience in environmental cleanup, recycling logistics, and sustainable operations.
Following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Craig served as a debris removal operation leader, overseeing critical cleanup efforts that helped restore affected communities. In 2008, during Hurricane Ike, he led a large-scale e-waste recovery initiative, managing the collection and safe disposal of recyclable electronics from storm-impacted zones.
Today, Craig pursues federal and state recycling contracts and provides essential services, including site assessments, free office pickups and cleanouts, and secure destruction of e-waste to protect human health and the environment. He supports a wide range of clients—from government agencies and hospitals to hotels, school districts, retailers, nonprofits, religious institutions, and local businesses.
Craig’s customer portfolio includes respected partners such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the City of New Orleans, Capital Area Corporate Recycling Center, Anew Recycling, Critter Express, eScrap Recycling, and GoSun. Jacob Carroll-Johnson, RN, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role of Chief Sustainability Officer in the e-waste industry. With a solid background in nursing and healthcare management, Jacob is uniquely positioned to lead initiatives that prioritize environmental sustainability and promote responsible e-waste management practices. Throughout his career, Jacob has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in interdisciplinary collaboration. As a Registered Nurse, he has provided direct patient care in various clinical settings, including medical-surgical units, rehabilitation hospitals, and subacute care facilities.

In addition to his clinical experience, Jacob has also excelled in leadership roles, including as a Unit Manager in a post-acute care unit. In this capacity, he contributed to strategic planning initiatives, promoted interdisciplinary team collaboration, and oversaw daily operations to ensure high standards of patient care. Jacob's dedication to continuing education and staying updated with evidence-based practices reflects his commitment to excellence and innovation.

Jackie Dozier—Chief Financial Officer, E-Waste Guys As the newly appointed CFO of E-Waste Guys, Jackie Dozier brings over 35 years of strategic financial leadership, operational oversight, and nonprofit development expertise to one of the fastest-growing e-waste and sustainability companies in the industry.
Prior to joining E-Waste Guys, Jackie served as the founder and principal consultant at ICPS LLC (Integrity Consulting & Professional Services), where she led hundreds of nonprofits and small businesses through successful financial planning, grant acquisition, and organizational compliance. Known for her results-driven approach, she has secured millions in funding for clients across sectors and built financial systems that drive long-term sustainability.
At E-Waste Guys, Jackie leads all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management. She plays a key role in streamlining logistics, maximizing profitability, and ensuring transparency as the company scales its operations nationwide. Her expertise in grants, fund development, and community-driven business models brings a fresh perspective to the company’s mission of sustainable environmental stewardship.
